By using GiftBlood, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they describe your rights and responsibilities on our platform.

Platform disclaimer (Oath)

GiftBlood is a community coordination platform only. We help connect voluntary blood donors with people who post urgent needs — we are not a hospital, blood bank, ambulance service, or medical provider.

We do not collect, store, or supply blood, and we do not perform medical screening or transfusion.
We do not guarantee that a donor will be available, respond in time, or that a donation or transfusion will take place.
Users are responsible for verifying information, following hospital and blood-bank procedures, and contacting qualified healthcare professionals and emergency services when needed.
Any coordination through GiftBlood is between users; medical suitability and safety must always be confirmed by licensed hospital staff.

About GiftBlood

GiftBlood is a community platform that helps connect voluntary blood donors with people who post urgent blood needs in Pakistan. Our role is to facilitate communication and coordination — nothing more.

GiftBlood is not a hospital, blood bank, ambulance service, or medical provider. We do not employ medical staff, store blood, or make clinical decisions. We do not guarantee that a donor will be available or that a transfusion will occur.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
One person may not maintain multiple accounts to manipulate trust scores or leaderboards.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

Donor & requester responsibilities

Donors volunteer willingly; selling or buying blood through GiftBlood is prohibited.
Requesters must post truthful information about medical needs and hospitals.
All parties must follow hospital verification and local medical regulations.
Misuse of the donation completion flow (false confirmations or rejections) may affect trust scores and account standing.

Messaging & conduct

Be respectful in chat. Harassment, hate speech, scams, and spam are not allowed.
Do not use GiftBlood for unrelated advertising or solicitation.
We may review reported content and take action including warnings, suspension, or bans.
Use the report feature for suspicious blood requests or user behaviour.

Platform availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as GiftBlood evolves.

We are not liable for delays in coordination, donor availability, or medical outcomes — those remain between users and healthcare providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiftBlood and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

You use GiftBlood at your own risk and are responsible for decisions made with other users and medical professionals.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
